7. Once the primary and secondary structure is assembled, the following step is the installation of 7/16" O.S.B. sheathing on roof and walls, with self drilling screws spaced @ 12" on all the structure elements. |

8. Windows are installed. 9. Walls are wrapped with Tyvek and roof is covered with felt paper, both attached with staples to the OSB, covering the entire house.
11. Any wall finishing can be used: brick, PVC, wood or aluminum siding, cultivated stone, Etc.

10. A high density polystyrene is installed on all exterior walls fixed with self drilling screws with 1" head gaskets. On top of it, a thin cement base will be applied, then a first plastic mesh, another thin cement base on it, a second plastic mesh, more cement base and then the stucco finishing.

12. Roof shingles are installed and the roof is finished. Any other roofing material applied on traditional construction can be used: clay tiles, cooper shingles, concrete tiles, steel roof, aluminum roof, cedar shakes, Etc. |

| 13. Inside the activity is intensive: insulation installers, plumbers, air conditioning contractors and electricians are making their jobs, followed by the drywall installers.
|
14. Insulation foam (as shown on the picture) is recommended. When installing fiberglass insulation, a vapor barrier shall be added before the drywall, attached with a strong adhesive tape to the steel studs.
