Authorized Contractors (AC): The AC Distribution Agreement is designed for the homebuilder which is either starting his business or wants to know better the system before making more important investments. An AC has the right to become a MD upon the fulfillment of the basic conditions. Master Distributors (MD): The MD Distribution Agreement is designed for the higher volume builder. He / She receive from Sunway Homes the best possible discounts, and free custom engineering services, as well as many other advantages. Territorial Market Developers (TMD): The TMD is a virtual Sunway Homes' partner. He or She is in charge of the Distribution Network development in a Territory with approximately 5'000,000 inhabitants. His / Her income is formed by commissions from the total structure sales in the Territory, and from the Distribution Network development.
