Sunway Homes Authorized Contractor (A.C.):

A).- Attractive Discounts off of List Prices.

B).- Cost of Engineering services for Custom Homes: $1.12 U.S. Dollars per Square Foot of construction, providing the authorization of the A.C. for: (1) the reproduction of the Home Model, and (2) the videotaping and picture taking of the construction process and of the finished home. (otherwise -without the two conditions-, the engineering cost for custom homes will be of $1.50 DLLs. per Sq. Ft. of construction).

C).- Cost of Engineering services for Custom Buildings: $1.20 DLLs. per Square Foot of construction.

D).- Training Cost: $1,500 U.S. DLLs. plus traveling expenses for the Job Director-Trainer (The training is provided during the assembling of the first home steel structure purchased).

E).- The Authorized Contractor covers a Distribution License Fee of $1,000 Dollars (Includes the sales tools: Home Models Catalog, video and brochures).

F).- An Authorized Contractor has the option to become a Master Distributor at any time, by fulfilling the M.D.'s requirements.

Sunway Homes Master Distributor (M.D.):

A).- The Best Discounts off of List Prices.

B).- Sunway Homes develops free of charges the Engineering for Custom Homes, providing the authorization of the Master Distributor for: (1) the reproduction of the Home Model, and (2) the videotaping and picture taking of the construction process and of the finished home. (otherwise -without the two conditions-, the engineering cost for custom homes will be of $1.12 DLLs. per Sq. Ft. of construction).

C).- Cost of Engineering services for Custom Buildings: $0.90 DLLs. per Square Foot of construction.

D).- Training: Free of charge, except for traveling expenses for the Job Director-Trainer (The training is provided during the assembling of the first home steel structure purchased).

E).- The Master Distributor covers a Distribution License Fee of $10,000.00 Dollars.

F).- The Master Distributor's License Fee can be covered in three monthly exhibitions.

G).- As a Master Distributor you will receive a market research with all the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the Homebuilders located in your market area.
